The rail mount is constructed with 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material and has undergone CNC machining. Its hard anodized surface ensures durability and reliability even in harsh environments.

This mount is designed to fit on tubes with diameters 1.5''/1.65''/1.75''/1.85''/2''. It is suitable for various vehicles such as ATV, UTV, truck, boat, motorcycle, off-road vehicle, and farm vehicle. It can be mounted on roof racks, roll cages, bull bars, roll bars, head racks, handlebars, and more. Before purchasing, please measure the diameter of your mounting rail to confirm compatibility with this clamp mount.

The tube clamp features a 360° rotating flag hole with a diameter of 0.5''/12.7mm. This makes it perfect for various applications, including whip lights, whip flags, antennas, light bars, LED off-road lights, and driving lights.

The kit includes four sizes of rubber ring inserts, ensuring a secure fit while also protecting the mounting surface. The rubber ring diameters are 1.5" (38.1mm), 1.65" (41.91mm), 1.75" (44.45mm), and 1.85" (46.99mm). The rubber ring can be adjusted to accommodate different round rail diameters. The tube clamp has a 2" (50.8mm) diameter mounting hole when the rubber ring insert is not used.

The hinged design and single-bolt locking mechanism make installation quick and easy. An Allen key is included in the package to assist with installation.
